We want to work together with you to ensure that we can capture best your design objectives in form of concept design plans and 3d massing model or imagery, depending what suits your project best to describe our solution.

Stage 2.
In this stage we will discuss with you the process to get from your preferred concept design plans to the completion of your vision.
We will provide a comprehensive costing of our fee set for each step in this process and advise which other Consultants are required for a successful outcome to have your project delivered on your budget. You will be able to compareselected builders’ prices and quality so that you can make an informed decision which builder to engage for your vision to come to life.
This stage entails the comprehensive costing of our fee and an outline of each step we have to undertake to achieve the successful completion of your project. We will discuss with you the process to get from your preferred concept design plans to tender stage in which you will be able to compare selected builders’ prices and quality so that you can make an informed decision. preferred Concept Design Option of Stage 1 will be developed into a more detailed documentation to capture the design and materials selections that enhance the idea of your project.
Construction Documentation Stage All architectural and engineering components of the building will be sufficiently coordinated in this stage for the preparation of the statuary approvals such as the Building Permit as well as for Tender or Construction.
Construction Administration Stage We also provide all services including Construction procurement/ Tendering as well as architectural Construction and Post Construction Services.
Our tendering structure allows you to compare and contrast selected builders’ prices and quality so that you can make an informed decision, rather than feeling shoe-horned into a particular path with a single builder.
